Love paints a picture

All the flowers grow in the garden.
Their pretty leaves luminesce with color.
Greens, reds, and pinks paint a picture,
Mixing and shading, outlining and changing.
Roses, carnations, and hybiscuses grow,
Each time creating a brilliant new art.

The sun looks down at her beautiful art
With love. It's not only a garden,
But a canvass, a picture ready to grow.
She looks down and chooses from many a color,
She begins to blend a portrait ever changing.
Stepping back, she wonders, Who will help to paint my picture?

The rain says, me, I'm essence of your picture.
My abundance will take over, and ruin your art.
Rain, hail, or snow, my shape is always changing.
Within one hour, I can destroy your garden.
I can flood or dry out all of your color.
But give me a chance, with love, I will help your picture grow.

But what about me? You need seeds to grow
Your masterpiece. Without me, what would be of your picture?
Without a start, there would be no color.
No color, no mixing, and definately no art.
You need me to provide the beginning of your garden.
Unlike rain, once planted, I'm never changing.

It is I, the Earth, with a love never changing,
Who will nourish and help your pretty art grow.
Without me, your flowers will never be a garden.
You need my love, for with no canvass, there can be no picture.
Let me be the one who adds to your art,
I will provide the background for your majesty to color.

No, no, says the bee, of yellow and black color.
I work all day, my duty won't change.
I'm dedicated to work and help form your art.
I'll pollinate, you'll see, the beauty will grow.
